WALK BY FAITH NOT BY SIGHT MEANING
Many times, we are our own worst enemy. Too many people, and even believers, spend their lives fighting the Enemy, Satan and our own fleshly desires; have no idea what it means to live “in Christ.”
I was a believer many years before I understood that Biblical principle and doctrine. I can listen to believers talk and I can tell they don’t get it. They aren’t in the Word and in the throne room and have no idea what it means to walk by faith and not by sight.
In Hebrews 11:6 we read, “Without faith it is impossible to please God.” This is a very bold statement that should stop every believer in their tracks. How is your faith? Do you know what it means to live by faith and not by sight? Do you know and are you following God’s plan? Do you think like Jesus? Do you live by faith and walk and operate in His power? You cannot trust someone with much if they are only a distant acquaintance. Here is a formula to help you understand how to do this.
How much do I trust God? = How well do I know Him? = Amount of time spent with Him in humble honesty.
May He bless your day as you live for Him. Seek His face and know Him. Turn your eyes upon Jesus, and look in His marvelous face, and the things of Earth will grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace.
